1. Start / End Km and Hours are calculated from Door Step to Door Step.
2. Please Check the Tariff carefully and understand the contents and prices.
3. Parking, Toll and State Entry fee are directly paid by customer.
4. Taxi for outstation reserves the right to give you a similar car if the car you booked is unavailable.
5. AC will not work in all hill areas or stopped / parked vehicle.
6. For airport/railway transfers it is the customer's responsibility. Any delay caused by traffic etc will not be the responsibility of Taxi For Outstation.
7. Kindly check the vehicle before living. We are not responsible for any loss of bags / articles.
8. Due to any reason if Vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for the major problems. For minor problems which will not take much time vehicle will be repaired.
9. Driver will not drive on No entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads.
10. In some hill area roads driving after sunset and music is not allowed due to risk of life.

12. Sometime vehicle parking area little far from the sightseeing spots. Guests need to reach the parking at their own cost.
13. Company is not responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft of person or property during the Trip.
14. Driver will wait 45 minutes from your pick up time at your pick up location after 45 minutes you will be charged Rs.100 per hour.
15. You Will be charged Rs.300 when you loaded luggages on the top of the vehicle or inside the vehicle.
16. One way trip has only one stop for lunch break.
